1. The HEAMI BL5 is a very strong heavy duty pallet truck with a lifting capacity of 5000kg.
2. This extra heavy duty pallet truck has a capacity of 5 ton (5000kg), reinforced chassis, strong hydraulic pump and hard wearing steel wheels.
3. We can supply the HEAMI BL5 machine with special polyurethane wheels if you don't want to scratch or damage internal warehouse floors.
4. The standard pallet truck size will fit Euro-pallets as well as other slightly larger pallets (for example GKN/CHEP type pallets).
5. This pallet truck comes with a standard 580mm fork width which will fit Euro-pallets or larger pallets (for example GKN).
6. The HEAMI BL5 heavy duty hand pallet truck is fitted with steel steer wheels and steel single load rollers as standard.
7. We can manufacture special sizes with wider or longer forks as well as trucks with higher capacities (up to 10 ton).
8. We can offer the same truck in a 3500kg capacity and the HEAMI BL5 model is fitted with polyurethane steer wheels and polyurethane single load rollers as standard to cope with the large capacity.
9. The HEAMI BL5 5ton hand pallet truck is an economical way for one person to move heavy pallet loads without the use of fork.
Lift /Stacker:
1. The ergonomic design has been tested for providing years of reliable usage. This pallet truck includes two articulating steering wheels & four front load wheels.
2. The reinforced formed steel forks provide twice the strength of standard single formed forks. Equipped with internally mounted steel adjustable push rods.
3. The spring loaded handle automatically returns to vertical position when not in use. The chrome plated hydraulic pump piston provides long seal life.
